Which is the best program for me?
The right program for you is the one that aids your goals, fits in with your lifestyle and meets your expectations, whether you are currently pregnant, have given birth not long ago or just want to lose weight and feel strong again. Online training has the benefit of not having to work around busy schedules to meet up at the gym and you can perform your workouts at home.

Why should I choose you?
I will give you a little background on myself here. I have been involved with being physically active my whole life, and I really had to focus on core strength when I was in high school as being apart of a dance team. Fast forward to the year I gave birth to my first daughter. I had Diastasis Recti after delivery of our sweet baby girl and I had to modify my exercises until I healed which took a while to do. 7 years after my first born, I gave birth to another baby girl after having gained 67lbs with a full term baby. In the postnatal phase, I didn't only have to deal with an almost 4-finger-width abdominal separation, I dealt with the feeling I was going to pee my pants when I tried performing any running and jumping motions during my workouts! I am happy to say I am healed and recovered successfully from Diastasis Recti a second time and no longer deal with the possibility of leaking as due to strengthening my core and deep pelvic floor muscles. I know the importance of proper strengthening of your pelvic floor and core and what it takes to build your strength up. I know how to safely progress your exercises and limit injury based on my physical therapy background. I love helping women gain their confidence back and loving their bodies again!

When can I start training after I give birth?
It is important to receive clearance from your healthcare practitioner to return to exercise at your six week check up. However, if you are less than six weeks postpartum and you are anxious to get back to working out, there are a few foundational movements you can start doing when you feel up for it. Again, I strongly recommend you obtain approval from your doctor before you engage in any physical activity.

Do you offer face to face coaching?
Yes, I offer 1:1 private sessions for 30, 45 or 60mins or a small group (up to 5) for personal coaching.
